Senso S.r.l. applies security seals to each device. the removal, tampering or alteration, even only in part, of the aforementioned seals is prohibited, under penalty of invalidation of the purchased extension.
The extension is not valid for software problems due to system updates or bugs.
This extension is bound to the conservation, presentation and non-tampering of this certificate as well as the purchase receipt. 2. Kasko Screen Protection

The coverage extension refers exclusively to the product or assistance covered by the receipt attached to this document.
The same can be valid from 12 to 24 months from the date of purchase and entitles you to full assistance coverage on accidental damage to the LCD glass of the device.

The coverage index indicates the percentage of damage covered by the extension, the remaining amount must be regularly covered by the customer at the time of repair according to the estimated cost estimate, updated at the time of the request.
The days of coverage are to be considered according to solar calculation starting from the date of issue of the guarantee certificate and sales receipt.
The kasko screen protection extension covers only accidental damage that compromises the correct functioning of the LCD display of the product covered by this certificate. Therefore it is not to be considered as a cover against theft, loss, breakdowns from bad weather, water, electricity, fire and in any case, more generally, anything that does not concern the LCD display component.
The extension coverage is not valid for devices with curved screens.

3. Conditions on the validity of Kasko Screen Protection

The cover is valid on condition that the customer always keeps the Senso Lifecare certified tempered glass film installed on the device, delivered and installed for the first time free of charge with the purchase of the package.

In the event that the product should suffer shocks and the film should break, the customer is required to replace it at an authorized Senso center, a list available on the website www.senso-online.com, under penalty of nullity of the subscribed covers. . Senso Lifecare certified tempered glass films guarantee the highest standards of quality and impact protection, thus making them an essential element for the validity of the coverage underwritten. They are also equipped with unique distinctive elements, recognizable only by authorized personnel, who will check their presence before confirming any assistance intervention.
The removal, even in the case of a damaged screen, or the application of any other third-party film will invalidate the coverage of the signed Senso Lifecare packages, as well as the tampering of the device or the intervention by technicians or centers not authorized by Senso Srl.
